These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 6777sx (hereinafter referred to as "6777sx", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://6777sx.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 6777sx platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 6777sx service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6777sx platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 6777sx Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotional document or game rules page, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional document or game rules page expressly states otherwise.

To open and maintain a 6777sx account and to access any of the Platform's gaming or betting services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 6777sx or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, payment processors, or regulatory partners.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion arrangement with 6777sx or any other affiliated gaming platform.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 6777sx platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6777sx reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any balances pending a formal investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your profile promptly if any of your details change. 6777sx shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6777sx username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised that specific activity. You must notify 6777sx immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations, 6777sx may require you to provide documentary evidence of identity, address, and source of funds at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driver's licence for identity; a recent utility bill or bank statement for proof of address; and bank statements or payslips for source of funds verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.5 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 6777sx reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable local regulatory requirements. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.1 Currency. All 6777sx accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. 6777sx does not apply currency conversion charges for PKR transactions.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 6777sx currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 6777sx will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of any changes to supported payment channels.

4.3 Deposit Limits & Processing Times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, and vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 6777sx wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically credited within one to two business hours during standard banking hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 6777sx's compliance team. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your 6777sx account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to you. 6777sx reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) on a business day are typically processed on the same business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are usually received within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically received within one to two business hours following approval during normal banking hours.

4.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All funds deposited must originate from an account registered in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 6777sx are subject to these Terms and any additional terms published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall supplement (but not override) these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your 6777sx account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received and must be completed within the stated validity period. Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — for instance, slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 5.4 Abuse & Exploitation. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using betting patterns designed to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not been wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. 6777sx is not obligated to provide notice before a bonus expires.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 6777sx sportsbook and casino are subject to acceptance by 6777sx at its sole discretion. 6777sx reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including where a bet exceeds the maximum stake for the relevant market, where the market has been suspended, or where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular betting activity.

6.2 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest or obvious error in the odds, handicap, or any other bet terms displayed on the 6777sx platform — including pricing errors, system errors, or human input errors — 6777sx reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6.3 Cricket & PSL Markets. Special rules apply to cricket betting markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL), bilateral international series, and domestic tournaments. In the event a match is abandoned, interrupted, or replayed, settlement will be determined in accordance with the specific event rules published on the relevant market page. Where no specific rules are published, 6777sx's general cricket betting rules shall apply.

6.4 Casino Games. All casino games available on 6777sx — including slots, live dealer games, crash titles, and instant-win games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer technology. Game outcomes are determined by the game software and/or live dealing process, not by 6777sx. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are certified and disclosed by the relevant game providers.

6.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per game, and vary by market and game type. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting market or game interface and are subject to change.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your 6777sx account; providing false identity or documentation during KYC verification; or making chargeback claims in bad faith.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence software, or any other non-human input method to interact with the 6777sx platform in place of or in addition to human participation.

• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your 6777sx account, whether for gaming, betting, deposits, withdrawals, or any other purpose.

8.1 Data Collection. By registering on 6777sx, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with the 6777sx Privacy Policy, which is available at https://6777sx.org/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8.2 Purpose of Processing. 10.1 Platform Availability. Scheduled maintenance windows, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. 6777sx shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

10.2 Game Outcomes. 6777sx acts as an intermediary platform for casino games supplied by third-party game providers. The outcomes of games are determined by certified RNG technology and/or live dealer processes operated by the relevant game suppliers. 6777sx is not responsible for the outcome of individual games and does not guarantee any specific return or payout.

10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6777sx's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 6777sx account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Consequential Losses. 6777sx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not 6777sx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.5 Force Majeure. 6777sx shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, telecommunications failures, internet outages, civil unrest, or acts of third parties.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 6777sx account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions being satisfied.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 6777sx. 6777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Responsible gaming concerns, including evidence of problem gambling behaviour;
• Account inactivity in accordance with Clause 3.5.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the 6777sx platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply following account closure.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6777sx holds its primary gaming licence, unless a mandatory provision of the law of your country of residence applies.

12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 6777sx relating to your account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any other matter governed by these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 6777sx support team at [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by 6777sx's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body and procedure will be provided to you upon request.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6777sx with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
